These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any action related to matters on this website shall be brought in the appropriate courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

Terms and conditions for sale

General

All orders are subject to the terms and conditions mentioned below. Any person placing an order on the website (“Customer”) shall be capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

Delivery

Products are delivered only within India and can be ordered only by persons residing in India with a valid address. Delivery is subject to the Customer complying with all legal requirements, rules, and regulations.

Subject to placement of a proper order, products shall be delivered to the address indicated via a third-party courier agency. You authorize such third-party agency to deliver the product ordered. As deliveries are handled by third-party courier partners, Zeppelin shall not be responsible for late delivery or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Any delivery-related complaint shall be between the Customer and the delivering entity, without liability on Zeppelin. However, Zeppelin remains responsible for product quality subject to applicable limitations.

Zeppelin may share Customer information with third-party partners for order fulfillment and logistics. The Customer confirms and acknowledges the same and also authorizes Zeppelin to use contact information for sharing marketing and product updates in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Modification

Once a product has been ordered, any deviations or changes may be requested only before dispatch. Requests should be in writing (email), and any phone request must be followed by written confirmation.

Title and taxes

Title to products transfers to the Customer upon dispatch. Applicable taxes on the product are borne by the Customer and shown at checkout as required by law.

Acceptance of terms and conditions

Display of a product by Zeppelin on the website is a proposal. Placement of an order by the Customer constitutes acceptance of the contract.

Order processing

All purchases made on the website are subject to Zeppelin’s acceptance at its sole discretion. Zeppelin may refuse to accept or cancel any order, whether or not the order has been confirmed, for any reason and without liability. Zeppelin may refuse or cancel orders that present high risk of fraud or logistics issues (including freight-forwarding addresses), whether or not the order has been confirmed. Any payment captured for a cancelled order will be refunded as per the Refund Policy.

Grievance redressal and support

Zeppelin will endeavor to resolve any complaint or dispute that may arise on account of your online purchase, technical difficulty, or services received. Please write to operations@thezeppelin.in with your order ID and details for review, investigation, and response.
