Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy. If 7 days have passed since your order was delivered, we won’t be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unworn or unused and in the same condition as received.

  • The original seal (as shown in the reference image) must be intact.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all components and accessories.

  • Incase of a refund it will be processed within 2-3 working days

Return Process

  • Hassle-Free Pickup: Our team will arrange a courier to pick up your return directly from your delivery address.

  • Packaging Requirement: Please ensure the entire box is packed and ready for return. Returns missing any complimentary items or goodies will not be accepted.

  • No Self-Shipping Needed: You do not need to ship the return yourself; our courier partner will handle the complete process.

To initiate a return or exchange, please email operations@thezeppelin.in with your order ID, the reason for return, and a video of the unboxing (where applicable).
